Ngoc Nguyen is the Chef. She is Vietnamese herself and arrived in Switzerland at the age of 15. She studied Economics and worked in the corporate industry. As she turned 30, she decided to do a career switch and went to London to enroll in Le Cordon Bleu London. She became a chef. At KOW she combined the Vietnamese cuisine with a more traditional way of cooking as well as premium Swiss ingredients.
